A Student Development Series

TECHtalks was created in September 2016 as part of the Presidential Initiative to offer real life support for our students. This professional development series is designed to challenge, enrich and motivate the next generation of health care providers. TECHtalks offers the most innovative topics and speakers focused on enhancing the life skills, leadership, communication and professional advancement of students.

TECHtalks is held three times a semester covering a wide range of topics. The speakers are typically hosted on Lubbock campus however the talks are techlinked to all TTUHSC regional campuses. Lunch is also provided on all campuses.

 

Personal Brand Management

Our final TECHtalk of the Spring semester covered the topic of Personal Brand Management. The featured speaker was Danette Baker, MA, Director of Communications at TTUHSC and Editor of PULSE.
