Course Accessibility Rubric
As an institution, we use the form to track departmental data regarding our campuses' course offerings and the extent to which we are complying with federally mandated ADA accessibility guidelines. To this end, the data we gather from this form will not be used to single out individual classes or instructors. Its primary objective is to help the Student Disabilities Office to provide you with the resources, training and tools you need to best meet your course design needs.
