Mental Health Take Care of Yourself


Mental health awareness is an ongoing effort to reduce the stigma around mental illness and mental health conditions by sharing personal experiences.  In part due to misconsceptions about mental health and mental fitness, people often suffer in silence and their conditions go untreated.  Mental health is essential and those living with mental health issues deserve care, compassion, understanding, and a pathway to hope, healing, and recovery.

Tips on how to improve mental health:

2) Do something you're good at
3) Ask for help
4) Take a break
5) Keep in touch
6) Drink sensibly
7) Keep active
8) Care for others
9) Eat well
10) Talk about your feelings
