Application Information

  • Before starting your application, review your program admission requirements and program start dates, listed below. Use this information to select your application type, which should include the semester you plan to start.
  • There is a non-refundable $75 application fee required upon the submission of your application. 
  • If you are applying to more than one program, you will need to submit a new application for each program plus an application fee for each. To start another application, log out, then back in, and click the "Start New Application" link. 
  • If you are applying to one of the CAS Application programs, you will be sent a personalized School of Health Professions application link after you start your CAS application. Please note: Do not click the “start your application” link below to access your personalized supplemental application.

CAS Applications

Apply and submit admissions materials through the CAS Application for the following programs. Apply to the appropriate CAS application. You will receive an email from SHP Application Systems that will include your login information to complete your personalized SHP supplemental application specific to your program.

Master of Physician Assistant Studies

Doctor of Occupational Therapy (Entry Level)

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Master of Science Speech-Language Pathology

Doctor of Audiology

Master of Athletic Training

Employee/Staff Application Fee Waiver

Full-time faculty or staff members of Texas Tech University, Texas Tech University HSC, or Texas Tech University HSC El Paso qualify for an applicant fee waiver.

Complete the waiver before finalizing and paying your application.

Email the completed waiver to shp.application@ttuhsc.edu

We are unable to refund if paid before submitting the waiver.

Waiver covers the $75 application fee.

Program Deadlines

Dates are subject to change. Applications are considered on a rolling basis. Individual applications are reviewed once materials have been received; therefore, it is in the applicant's best interest to complete their application, including submission of required documentation, as early as possible. Fulfillment of the basic requirements does not guarantee admission. Detailed program information can be found on our SHP Program List page.
