Displaying and Sharing Your TTUHSC Digital Badge
Once you've earned your TTUHSC Microcredential, you can proudly display and share your digital badge on various platforms. Digital badges are visual representations of your accomplishments, verified by a trusted issuer like TTUHSC. They are stored securely on the Accredible platform and can be easily shared and verified.
- Log into LinkedIn: Access your LinkedIn account.
- Go to Your Profile: Click on your profile picture to access your profile.
- Edit Your Profile: Click the "Edit Profile" button.
- Add a Media: Click the "Add Media" button.
- Upload Your Badge: Upload the image of your digital badge.
- Add a Link: In the description field, add a link to your badge on the Accredible platform. You can find this link on your Accredible dashboard.
- Save Changes: Click "Save" to update your profile.
Microsoft Outlook:
- Open Outlook: Launch your Microsoft Outlook application.
- Go to File: Click on the "File" tab.
- Select Options: Choose "Options" from the dropdown menu.
- Go to Mail: In the left-hand pane, select "Mail."
- Find Signatures: Scroll down to the "Signatures" section.
- Create a New Signature: Click the "New" button to create a new signature.
- Edit Signature: In the signature editor, you can add text, images, and links.
- Add Badge Image: Click the "Insert Picture" button and select your badge image.
- Add Link to Badge: Right-click on the image and select "Hyperlink." Paste the link to your badge on Accredible into the "Address" field.
- Save Changes: Click "OK" to save your signature.
Now, whenever you compose an email, your signature with the clickable badge will automatically appear at the bottom.
- Obtain the Embed Code: Log into your Accredible account, locate your badge, and click on the "Embed" button.
- Copy the Embed Code: Copy the provided HTML code.
- Paste the Code: Paste the code into the HTML of your website or portfolio where you want the badge to appear.
Note: Ensure that the image you upload is high-quality and visually appealing. By following these steps, you can effectively share your TTUHSC Microcredential badges and showcase your achievements to the world.
