Admissions Checklist
During the application process
___ Complete PharmCAS application (www.pharmcas.org)
___ Send all current transcripts to PharmCAS
___ Ensure that you have at least three recommendations/evaluations in PharmCAS (pharmacy
supervisors, science or math professors and pharmacy professionals preferred)
___ Send PCAT scores to PharmCAS
___ Complete required prerequisites – contact sopadmissions@ttuhsc.edu to verify any courses needed
___ Complete supplemental application and pay $100 application fee
Get a first-hand look at lounge and study spaces for our students in Amarillo.
After being offered admission
___ Accept offer by signing the Dean’s offer of admission
___ Pay seat fee (www.ttuhsc.edu/merlin)
___ Complete Criminal Background Check (link emailed to you with your offer letter)
___ In May, complete your CPR – Basic Life Support course (must be from the American
Heart Association – www.heart.org)
___ Send immunizations to Cathy Garza (cathy.garza@ttuhsc.edu) and complete any missing immunizations (wait until May to complete your two-step
TB test)
___ Send final transcript to sopadmissions@ttuhsc.edu or to PharmCAS (do not send transcripts to TTU)
___ Register for classes when registration opens mid-June
