Applying to the School of Pharmacy
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy is excited to announce our affiliation with PharmCAS, a centralized online service that provides an easier application process for prospective pharmacy students.
An applicant must submit an application to PharmCAS and complete the TTUHSC School of Pharmacy Supplemental Application. Please complete the PharmCAS application before completing the Supplemental Application.
Your application, PCAT scores, transcripts, PharmCAS fee and three (3) letters of recommendation must be submitted directly to PharmCAS by December 1. Once your application is complete, PharmCAS will send your completed application to TTUHSC School of Pharmacy. See the PharmCAS website for full details on the application process.
To apply to the program leading to a Pharm.D. degree, the applicant should:
- Access the PharmCAS on-line application
- Access the Required supplemental application
- Adhere to the timetable for filing an application:
- Application opens on or about July 18, 2018.
- Early Decision Deadline is September 4, 2018.
- International Student Deadline is November 1, 2018
- Application Deadline is May 1, 2019.
The Texas Tech School of Pharmacy offers Early Decision Program (EDP) status through PharmCAS. The Early Decision program is a binding option for applicants who have decided that a particular pharmacy degree program is their first choice and that they will enroll if accepted. As an EDP applicant, you can apply to only one pharmacy degree program. Contact your selected pharmacy program directly for information on EDP eligibility requirements.
