The State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) provides an opportunity for state employees of Texas to make an impact that changes lives and can also be a resource for services in your time of need.

Your opportunity to make an impact begins September 1, 2024 and ends November 27, 2024.

The State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) is a statewide annual giving campaign that Texas Tech, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and the Texas Tech University System participate in each year. Overall, the Texas Tech University System has given over $14,236,680 that has changed many lives, shaped the future and made a difference in our community.
