ADA Technical Request Form

Like to request ADA technical assistance or a training session for your department or staff? 

Whatever your media file type: an image, scanned, or transcribed, whether it's a Microsoft, Adobe, or Audio Visual file, you may request ADA technical assistance by completing the form below and submitting it to our office.

If you would like your course reviewed for ADA compliance, or if you would like training, our office provides individual and group-training sessions in either an in-person or virtual environment. Just enter a brief description of your request with your preferred contact mode, and press submit!

Expect a turn around response time within a day or two.
