New Accredited Activity Requests

Thank you for your interest in providing accredited interprofessional continuing education. We are excited to collaborate with you on your project.

To initiate the evaluation and approval process for credit, please complete the Proposed CME Activity Request form linked below. Once submitted, the form will be directed to the designated OAICME staff member for review. Kindly allow 3-5 business days after submission for a OAICME staff member to reach out to you with further details.
