May 2021 Update
Great Colleges to Work For Survey:
The Institution launched the Great Colleges to Work for Survey through ModernThink on March 23, 2021. With the help of the Employer of Choice Values Integration Team, TTUHSC provided 3,844 email addresses of all full-time team members to ModernThink to receive the survey. Below is the breakdown of the personnel who received the survey.
- 762 faculty
- 181 administrators
- 874 exempt staff
- 2,027 non-exempt staff
The survey ran from March 23rd through April 9th, which included a three-day extension of survey access, requested by TTUHSC due to a wide level of participation. Participants received reminder emails, and an email and video from President Lori Rice-Spearman to encourage participation.
The Institution will receive reports of the results in late May/through mid-June. The results will be utilized in the TTUHSC strategic planning process to identify areas we should recognize and celebrate as an organization, as well as those opportunities on which we should focus for improvement, in order to become an employer of choice.
