CPRIT Prevention Programs

In partnership with the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT)—a leader in cancer prevention funding—we’re bringing high-quality screening and education programs to rural West Texas. Our goal is to expand a prevention network where every program meets CPRIT’s gold standard. By building this infrastructure, we’re empowering our physicians and researchers to do more: reach more communities, secure more competitive funding and ultimately save more lives.

Cutting-Edge Breast Cancer Screening

We’re collaborating with industry to bring revolutionary cancer screening tools directly to rural communities—because a lack of a facility should never mean a lack of access. Using non-invasive breast cancer screening technology, we’re piloting new ways to deliver care where people live. By expanding telehealth-enabled prevention, we’re removing barriers and reimagining how rural Texans receive life-saving screenings.

"We are deeply committed to rural communities. Expanding cancer education, prevention, early screening, and treatment access across our rural communities--reducing barriers, building relationships, increasing awareness, and ensuring each person has the opportunity for early detection and better health outcomes. All Texans benefit when those in rural industry, agronomy, and animal agriculture are afforded comparable healthcare and access.”
