Continuing Medical Education Transcript

The Office of Professional Development and Accredited Continuing Education maintains transcripts of credits earned by learners for live activities certified by Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.

• CloudCME portal: Sign in, select My CME or My CE, then Transcript to view, download, or email your transcript.
   
• CloudCME mobile app: Sign in, select My Transcript to view, print, or email your transcript, if available.
   
• Postal Mail: To request a transcript in writing, send your name, address, and the requested time period to:
