Dr. John C. DeToledo began serving as the Founding Chair of the Department of Neurology at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) School of Medicine in Lubbock April 1, 2009. He received his M.D. degree from Sao Paulo Medical School in 1980, and completed an internship in medicine at Columbia University and Neurology training at Boston University and the Boston City Hospital.
