ANNOUNCEMENTS
Following the AVAYA to Zoom phone transition in April 2024, we've seen many of you embrace the convenience of the Zoom client for calls. It offers all the functionality of your Poly desk phone and more, all without taking up valuable desk space.
Our records show that many Poly phones are now disconnected, suggesting you're successfully using the Zoom app on your computer. If you've found your physical phone is no longer needed, we encourage you to return it. This helps us minimize waste, clearup storage space, and gives you a cleaner workspace.

The Microsoft Office suite is now available for personal use on individually owned devices. Please note that this offering is strictly for personal devices and is not intended for institutional or TTUHSC-managed systems at this time.
To access and download the Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
etc.), users must first enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) using the Microsoft Authenticator app. Step-by-step instructions for downloading
the Office suite and setting up MFA can be found by logging into the TTUHSC Knowledge
Base and referencing the article titled:
"Learn How to Sign in and Download the Microsoft Office Apps."
Please be aware that this download includes only the core Office applications for personal use. Microsoft cloud services such as Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint are not yet available but will be included in our upcoming Microsoft 365 deployment. You can follow the progress of this rollout by visiting our Road to Microsoft 365 webpage.
If you encounter any issues or need assistance installing the Office applications
on your personal device, please contact the IT Solutions Center at 806-743-1234.
