All incoming GSBS students are required to attend their specific program orientation prior to the start of classes.
Mandatory Requirement: All students must bring a personal laptop computer to orientation. Please review our Laptop & System Specifications prior to arrival.
Orientation Schedule & Dates
Orientation dates vary depending on your degree program and entry term:

Pre-Orientation Checklist
Please complete the following administrative steps before arriving at orientation to ensure a smooth transition:
1. Activate eRaider Account & TTUHSC Email
Incoming students receive an eRaider activation code via email from TTUHSC IT (sent to the email address used during your application process). Official university communications—including orientation schedules and financial aid notifications—will be sent only to your official TTUHSC email account.

- If you have not received your activation code, contact TTUHSC IT Solution Center at (806) 743-1234 or email graduate.school@ttuhsc.edu.
2. Submit Immunization Records
Complete documentation must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to matriculation. Download the GSBS Immunization Requirements Form (PDF) and submit completed records to Institutional Health via email: Shayla Ford.
Note: Fully online/distance learning students are exempt from submitting immunization records.
3. Course Registration & Program Advocates
Registration procedures depend on your degree program. Some programs require students to register online prior to orientation, while others facilitate registration on the day of orientation. Reach out to your designated Program Advocate for registration instructions:
