Important information regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and the 2021 application cycle
The TTUHSC School of Medicine has implemented several changes and updates to our admissions process and timeline that affect the 2021 applicant cycle. Please refer to our coronavirus (COVID-19) updates page for the most current changes and updates. Click here.
Early Dedication to Medical Education (EDME) is an outreach program designed to expose individuals to the possibility of a career in medicine. Anyone interested in becoming a physician is welcome.
EDME sessions are hosted at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) throughout the school year. These sessions include monthly presentations on different topics designed to help participants along their journey to medicine.
It’s easy! Just come to any of the sessions – they’re open to all high school students, parents, teachers, counselors, administrators, and anyone who has an interest in medicine. You may also e-mail our office at SOMADM@ttuhsc.edu
