Dr. Mahan received her Pharm.D. from Butler University in 2012. Upon graduation, she completed a PGY1 community practice residency with Penobscot Community Health Care in Bangor, ME. She then completed the TTUHSC/VA North Texas Geriatric Pharmacotherapy Residency in Dallas, TX. She practices at Hendrick Home Health, an interprofessional hospital-affiliated home health agency. Her practice interests include expanding the role of pharmacists in the care of older adults outside of inpatient/long term care settings, evaluating ways to decrease polypharmacy, and advocating for the caregivers of older adults.
