J. Drew Payne, DO FACP is an Internal Medicine physician at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where he serves as a Residency Program Director and is dedicated to training the next generation of physicians. He also serves as a team physician, supporting student-athletes and promoting performance, wellness, and injury prevention. His clinical interests include obesity medicine, metabolic health, preventative care, and evidence-based management of chronic disease.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Payne enjoys life in West Texas with his wife and children, staying involved in their academic, athletic, and equestrian pursuits.
