Dr. Liang obtained his Ph.D. training in Soft Matter and Biomaterials with Prof. Gerard C.L. Wong at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), and postdoctoral training in Chemistry and Biochemistry with Prof. Galen Stucky at University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB). He is currently a Professor of Cell Physiology and Molecular Biophysics in the School of Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC).
