Kelissa Paige Huse

Kelissa Huse is an ASCP-certified Molecular Biologist who earned her MS in Molecular Pathology from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) in 2019. Her clinical expertise includes four years at MicroGenDX as a molecular technologist, NGS specialist, and general supervisor, as well as serving as technical supervisor for the Southwest Regional Wound Care Clinic during its successful 2023 CAP inspection. Having transitioned from a graduate assistant to a full-time faculty member at TTUHSC, Kelissa now specializes in helping students bridge the gap between classroom theory and practical laboratory experimentation.
