Meredith Ann Sigler

Assistant Professor

Dr. Sigler obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy. She completed both her PGY1 and PGY2 ambulatory care residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. Dr. Sigler is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist.

Dr. Sigler practices at the VA North Texas Health Care System in Dallas, TX. She is the clinical pharmacy specialist for the congestive heart failure clinic. Her research interests are clinical management of heart failure, health disparities, and cardiometabolic risk reduction and management.

Currently Dr. Sigler precepts third and fourth-year pharmacy students on their experiential rotations in addition to PGY2 ambulatory care residents on their heart failure rotation. She is member of several courses at the TTUHSC Jerry. H. Hodge School of Pharmacy and serves as the team leader for the Advanced Cardiology elective.
