Nakia Aileen Duncan

Associate Professor

Dr. Duncan is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice, Pediatrics & Geriatrics Division, at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy in Dallas, TX. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Hampton University School of Pharmacy, Hampton VA in 2010. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Xavier College of Pharmacy/ Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, New Orleans, LA, and a PGY2 Geriatric Pharmacotherapy at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, Baltimore, MD. Currently, she is a member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacist and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. Dr. Duncan participates in case-based learning experiences, experiential training of third and fourth-year pharmacy students, as well as residents. She will also be participating in Grand Rounds, Clinical Correlations, Integrated Therapy & Practice -Pain & Palliative Care,
