Dr. Roundtree holds her PhD in Counselor Education & Supervision and serves as the Director of the Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling program here at TTUHSC. She resides in Portland, Oregon, and has been involved in the disability community both personally and professionally for over 20 years, including working as a Clinical Rehabilitation Counselor since 2021. Her research focuses on (a) increasing accessibility in higher education for students and faculty with disabilities, (b) supervision ethics from a multicultural perspective, and (c) the importance and impact of interdisciplinary clinical work.
