Incoming Residents

The Department of Graduate Medical Education is delighted to welcome you and your families to Texas Tech Health Sciences Center at the Permian Basin.  We are here to assist you with settling into your residency.

FAQs

  • Yes, you are required to attend orientation. You will not be allowed to start training without completion of the orientation process.

    • SSN Card
    • Drivers License (w/picture)
    • Dependents: date of births
    • Copy of marriage license if your spouse has a different last name than yours. 
    • Passports
    • DS-2019’s
    • Visa/I-94’s
    • Drivers License (w/picture)
    • Dependents: date of births
    • Copy of marriage license if your spouse has a different last name than yours.
