Amarillo Students, Residents Participate in Research Day

More than 80 research posters were presented to faculty and residents Apr. 12 when the TTUHSC School of Medicine and School of Health Professions held their 11th annual Research Day for students and residents at the TTUHSC campus in Amarillo. Richard Santen, M.D., a professor of endocrinology at the University of Virginia, was the keynote speaker for the event. School of Medicine Regional Dean Richard Jordan, M.D., handed out 35 awards to students and residents for their posters and recognized 22 student research projects that were published in various journals during the 2016-2017 school year. Congratulations to all of the 2016-2017 recipients!
