About Mitchell: Mitchell is a 2007 graduate of Estacado. She was chosen to attend the Jerry Gray Foundation trip her senior year. Now she is a second-year medical student at the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. Throughout her college career she’s been involved with and organized mentor programs to help college students in their medical careers.
