Grad student awarded travel scholarship
A. G. M. Mostofa, a Ph.D. candidate working as a research assistant in the Department of Biomedical Sciences lab of Dr. Kalkunte S. Srivenugopal at the School of Pharmacy in Amarillo, received a Graduate Student Travel Award from the American Association of Bangladeshi Pharmaceutical Scientists (AABPS) Nov. 14 at the organization’s Tenth Annual Meeting in Denver. The award funds enabled Mostofa to travel and present his research at the AABPS meeting and at the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists Annual Meeting and Exposition Nov. 13-17 in Denver.
