Health professionals hope citizens speak up for Health Department - KCBD NewsChannel 11














The City Manager will present a proposal to the Board of Health on Friday at 1:30 p.m.. The proposal is expected to show the City of Lubbock's plan to deal with the loss of grants to pay for the Health Department.

At least 60 Lubbock citizens are signed up to address the Board of Health at Friday's meeting. One of those registered to comment is Texas Tech University Nursing Professor Dr. Linda Brice.
