Since its founding in 2007, the institute within the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center has provided more than $500,000 in research funding to Tech faculty in all disciplines: nursing, pharmacy, medicine and allied health, said Dr. Marjorie Jenkins, associate dean for Women in Health and science director and chief scientific officer at the institute.
