Amount: $1.559 billion, the first time it is greater than $1.5 billion. System administration budget will see a 7.54 percent increase, totaling about $17.6 million. Texas Tech University budget will see a 5.36 percent increase, totaling $732.3 million. Texas Tech Health Sciences Center budget will see a 6.28 percent increase, totaling $713.2 million. Angelo State University budget will decrease .01 percent, totaling $103.7 million.
