Madden family gives $135K for Texas Tech student's residency - Amarillo.com
A local family has donated $135,000 to the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center to support a medical resident, Kaylee Shepherd, during her three-year residency program in internal medicine at UT-Southwestern. The Maddens became interested in making the donation after late wife and mother Abbie Madden received care from TTUHSC.
