Dr. Buckner became a medical doctor in 1991 upon graduating from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. He completed his postgraduate training at the University of Arkansas and became certified in emergency medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Buckner remains an inductee of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and member of the Urgent Care Association of America. In addition, he was voted Best of Texoma Business in 2012.
