Lots of musicians have day jobs. Few, though, have one like Tyler Rushing will have beginning in the fall. Rushing, whose eponymous band makes its Amarillo debut Saturday at Hoot’s Pub, will start pharmacy school in the fall at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center branch in Abilene.
