President Obama signed another executive order Monday instructing the F.D.A. to address the continuously growing shortage of prescription drugs in the United States.

"It's scary, there are a few of these drugs that are critically needed," said Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Whit Walker.
