New Initiatives to Meet Permian Basin Health Care Needs

WHAT: Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) Regional School of Medicine Dean Gary Ventolini, M.D., and TTUHSC President Tedd L. Mitchell, M.D., will announce new initiatives to help increase new patients and minimize appointment wait time for those who need same-day medical care in the Permian Basin.

WHEN: 10:30 a.m. Monday (Feb. 11)

WHERE: Texas Tech Physicians of Midland, 301 North N St., first floor lobby

EVENT: A new collaboration between the School of Medicine and the School of Allied Health Sciences’ Physician Assistant Program will allow patients in Midland and Odessa access to same-day health clinics.
