New Number Gives Students the 411 on Health Insurance
Ninety percent of Americans say they use toll-free numbers.
The Office of Student Services recently announced that Academic Health Plus, the student health insurance administrator, has established a unique and dedicated customer care toll-free 800 phone number for TTUHSC students.
The new TTUHSC number is (855) 357-0241.
By assigning this new toll-free number to the school, Academic Health Plus will be able to better measure and monitor incoming call service levels.
Additionally, the company will be able to more quickly identify trends and opportunities for improving its level of service to students.
The new number will be published on the Academic Health Plus TTUHSC website. Moving forward, any new printed materials for TTUHSC, like the Plan Highlight flyer and brochure, will reflect the new phone number.
The existing number will remain active indefinitely to guarantee a smooth transition and to avoid any disruption in service.
