PINK OUT: Zumba®-thon
WHAT: The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Laura W. Bush Institute for Women’s Health (LWBIWH) at Angelo State University, with exclusive health sponsor San Angelo Community Medical Center, will host PINK OUT: Zumba ®-thon. Proceeds benefit the LWBIWH to provide breast cancer education and treatment to underserved Concho Valley women.
WHEN: 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15
WHERE: Angelo State University Foster Field parking lot, 1600 University Ave.
EVENT: PINK OUT: Zumba®-thon participants will help the LWBIWH raise funds for breast cancer treatment and education, as well as helping to try to break a Guinness World Record for having the most people to Zumba® at one time. Participants must move for two minutes to qualify for the world record.
