Rural healthcare professionals recognized - MYfoxLUBBOCK.COM

Rural health providers received special attention. Governor Perry proclaimed Nov 17th National Rural Health Day in the state.

Texas Tech Health Science's Center recognized rural health care professionals, and also strived to increase awareness of rural health related issues and promoted efforts to address those issues. Program Director for the West Texas Area Health Education Center, Becky Conditt, said these professionals should be honored all the time.
