Students to Present Research Projects
WHAT: Students from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at Amarillo (TTUHSC) School of Medicine, School of Allied Health Sciences and the School of Pharmacy will present research projects to faculty, professors and officers with the United States Food & Drug Administration.
WHEN: 1 p.m. Wednesday (April 10)
WHERE: TTUHSC School of Medicine,1400 S. Coulter St., 4th floor
EVENT: Kathleen Uhl, M.D., with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, will present a lecture to students and will speak with them on ensuring safe and effective medications for the American public. Students will also present their research projects to Uhl and other TTUHSC faculty. Research topics range from medical procedures to the impact of synthetic drugs on the human body.
