Paulk has 14 years of business operations experience and recently served as vice president of operations for HealthSmart Care Clinics in Dallas. He was also the director of operations at Texas Tech's Health Sciences Center School of Nursing - Combest Wellness Center and chief financial officer for Cochran Memorial Hospital.
