A new food truck is rolling out on the Texas Tech campus. After a year of research and planning, the food truck called "StrEat" was unveiled at a ribbon cutting Monday.

It will be in Memorial Circle on Mondays and Wednesdays, at the Health Science Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the secret Friday location will be revealed on social media, like Facebook and Twitter.
