TTUHSC to Make Historical Announcement

WHAT: Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) President Tedd L. Mitchell, M.D., and Texas Tech University System Chancellor Robert L. Duncan will make a major announcement about the future of the TTUHSC at Abilene.
