TTUHSC Puts the CARE in Career
Employees volunteered to serve lunch at the annual picnic.
This year’s Employee Picnic in the Academic Classroom Building Courtyard included an announcement of Olympic proportions.
President Tedd L. Mitchell, M.D., revealed the implementation of Celebrating And Recognizing Employees (CARE), an exciting new online employee rewards and recognition program that provides the opportunity to acknowledge the dedication and commitment of all TTUHSC employees.
Human Resources and a comprehensive committee of faculty and staff from several departments and campuses, worked hard over the past few years to bring the program to fruition.
The CARE program offers users access to performance awards, social media updates, ecards, notifications of birthdays and anniversaries, and presentation tips for managers.
More information about the CARE rollout will be announced this summer.
