TTUHSC Undergraduate Nursing Named Among Nation’s Best Colleges by U.S. News & World Report
The undergraduate nursing program at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) School of Nursing ranked No. 135 out of 671 Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs in the Best National Universities category by U.S. News & World Report. The 2027 edition of the U.S. News Best Colleges rankings evaluated more than 1,700 U.S. colleges and universities, using up to 17 factors to measure academic quality and graduate success.
TTUHSC Undergraduate Nursing Program at a Glance – 2027 Best Colleges Rankings:
- Ranked nationally in the top 20.1% among Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs at National Universities, a category of institutions that offer a range of undergraduate majors as well as master’s and doctoral programs and emphasize faculty research.
- Ranked second among undergraduate nursing programs at health science centers in Texas, tied with the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.
- Overall, in Texas, it ranked as the fifth highest among Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs at public institutions and seventh highest among public or private institutions.
TTUHSC Executive Vice President of Academic Affairs and Provost Darrin D’Agostino, D.O., MPH, said this national recognition underscores TTUHSC’s position as a leader in health sciences education.
