Amarillo’s Office of Emergency Management (OEM) has partnered with Ping4Alerts! to provide citizens in Amarillo and throughout Potter and Randall counties with emergency notifications. Users are required to download the app from the iOS store or the Google Play store for Android and let the app run in the background. There is no information required to register for Ping4, and neither the company nor Amarillo OEM keeps a history of your location. The app simply knows where you are and delivers the alert if you are in the area. We are excited to bring you this service and hope you find it helpful.
