Our five Values Integration Teams meet monthly to develop initiatives around team member coaching and professional development, recognition, recruitment and hiring, satisfaction and engagement, and an ever growing number of initiatives that will further integrate our values into our daily decisions, and processes.

Each of the following teams is focused on leading the journey towards sustainability.

History & Mission

Purpose:

Based on the objectives and strategies of the TTUHSC 2020 Strategic Plan, we formed five Values Integration Teams to ensure we accomplished our Strategic People Goals for 2020. After successfully meeting these goals, we turned our focus to innovating and collaborating with teams and stakeholders across the organization to integrate the TTUHSC Values into processes that would help improve health care and sustain the Values-Based Culture through the years to come.

Our work:

By leading interprofessional innovations, the five teams are working to more deeply embed our Values-Based Culture into our organization and help achieve the mission of the new TTUHSC Vision

Composition:

The Teams have two to three co-leaders, each bringing experience from different areas, schools and departments. Team members provide a diverse representation of all of the campuses and locations served by TTUHSC.

Membership:

Membership on any Values Integration Team has a term limit, and we are always glad to hear from TTUHSC team members who are interested in joining a team to help continue this work.
